DREAM TEAM DESCRIPTIONS:
Communion Team:
This team serves behind the scenes to prepare both the elements and the environment for Communion during our First Sunday and Easter and Christmas services.

Dream Center Outreach/Missions:
This team is involved in countless ministries across Palm Beach County area with a focus on bringing God’s love to our world.

Dream Team Serve:
This team faithfully serves to host our very own Dream Team members by providing refreshments, prayer and encouragement during every service and special events.

First Responders:
This unit of health care providers serves to triage basic medical attention in the event of an accident or emergency with a The Ark guest.

Greeters:
This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at The Ark. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.

Growth Track Team:
As the official hosts of our Growth Track, this team greets the guests as well as provides materials, refreshments and assistance throughout our four classes.

Hospitality:
This energetic team serves by providing a hot cup of coffee and connecting with guests through a warm conversation and an authentic welcome.

Information Center:
This team connects guests to the Church community, providing information on all of our current events, ministry opportunities and services at The Ark.

Kids Check-in:
As families arrive at our Kid Life/Little Life areas, this team welcomes them and facilitates the computer check-in process that ensures children are cared for effectively and efficiently.

Kid Life/Little Life:
This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. Through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more, this team intentionally invests in the lives of our children.

The Ark Worship:
With vocals or instruments, this dynamic team serves to prepare the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God.

Parking Team:
If you relish the great outdoors, look good in a uniform, and enjoy telling people where to go, this is the team for you!

Prayer Team:
This team of trained intercessors covers the weekend and small group services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. Join this team that is blazing the trail for God in our city!

Preschool/Nursery (Little Life):
This team leads children into a real relationship with Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions.

Small Groups:
We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a
Small Group Leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.

Small Group Hosts:
Use your gift of hospitality by opening your home to see the real life change takes place in the context of relationships. , develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 ESV

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things

2 Thessalonians 1:3 ESV

2 Corinthians 9:6-8
The Cheerful Giver
6 The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 7 Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.

2 Corinthians 9:10-11
10 He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. 11 You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God.

Acts 20:35
35 In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
